train our staff every month on how to deal with the most
common and delicate fabrics, wood finishes, tiles, metal and
paints. Your expensive furniture and appliances should be taken
care of in the most professional way, guaranteeing that your
investment lasts for as long as possible. For many people,
upholstered furniture can go a long way without maintenance,
something to be reconsidered: any upholstered
furniture will be affected daily by dust, skin particles, body
oils, dust mites and other environmental pollutants that affect
your health. We provide your living room, bedrooms and
lounging area furniture a complimentary vacuum service
when you sign up with us to keep it fresh and protected. Afterwards we recommend a Scotch Guard
protection application to keep at bay any future dirt and spills from
soiling and affecting your freshly cleaned upholstery surfaces. Steam
Cleaning is used in the bathrooms, kitchen and critical areas
every 2 months or whenever the usage of the areas has been heavy
enough to require a deeper cleaning. There is no additional
charges for this when done every 2 months, only a small fee applies
if you want the service 2-5 weeks before the last steam
cleaning. Homes with children under 3 years old can have
complimentary steam cleaning services every 30 days.
Health-critical cleaning areas in the
house such as the bathrooms, swimming pools, Jacuzzis and kitchen
should be handled with the utmost care given the high rate of
pollutants and bacteria that can be hidden in these special care
areas. We keep a constant watch on the new cleaning product
developments and techniques to stay ahead of the needs of our
customers and ensure you a total satisfaction service when you put
your property in our hands.
