It has ten bedrooms and twelve bathrooms. The master suite is a separate cottage, just steps away from the main house. The master suite has king sized beds, 2 bathrooms, rocking chairs and hammock, and a wraparound terrace.

The accommodations in the villa include a guest house, pool side cottage featuring two bedrooms with queen size beds, both with large bath and terrace, the two tennis suites, the tower suite with two balconied bedrooms, and a cozy bedroom with private bath near the villa's great room. In addition to the 10 suites there is an 11th sleeping space in a charming nook, where one person can sleep near the game room. All linens and towels are prime quality and all the rooms have air conditioning and televisions. This is a truly luxurious Dominican rental.

The large, heated swimming pool has a view of the beach, and is always well maintained by the staff. The villa has a generous 20 x 26' game room with a 30" screen, satellite TV, billiard table, with a selection of classic movies and a library. The staff of 11 people will assist you with cooking, housekeeping, childcare, villa pool maintenance and transportation.

Discounted rates are available for longer term rentals. Children under 3 are free. Check-in at 12-3:pm, checkout at 11 ( we are flexible depending on your schedule), a 50% deposit is required to make a reservation, the balance is due 45 days prior to check-in. Refunds are given for cancellation with 60 day or more notice, if we can rent the previously booked\cancelled dates to another client, we will issue a credit for a future reservation equal to 90% of the total paid for the dates originally booked. This credit will be valid for up to one year from the dates of the original reservation. No credit is applied for Holiday & special dates. Please read our terms and conditions for use.
