Built with nature in mind, the property sits on a quiet community of beautiful Caribbean homes and vast green areas. The center of town can be driven to in 5 minutes, close enough but yet apart to relax and unwind.

The first level is distributed around an open styled living room that connects the kitchen, a visitor’s bathroom, 2 bedrooms and the terrace under the veranda facing the swimming pool. The second level includes a family area with large TV and sofas, 2 master suites with bathroom and ocean views.  All the bathrooms include a bathtub and granite top vanity with clean, light tones.

A dining table for alfresco breakfast or dinner sits by the pool area, near the BBQ. The swimming pool is surrounded by two garden areas left and right ( see aerial photo #14 ) which keeps the temperatures cooler even under hot sun. Each suite includes air conditioning, linens, towels and hot water. The villa also has a power inverter back up in case it’s ever needed. Rental includes 24hr watchman, daily maid service, WiFi Internet, Cable TV, pool cleaner and gardener. Bachelor parties in Sosua or weddings celebrations in top beaches of Cabarete can be organized by our concierge.
