A boutique hotel reception greets visitors, and the ample living room seems totally destined to be a disco area ( sofas were added after this photo session ).
The kitchen is built next door to a covered terrace with large dining table for 12, and feels more like a hotel kitchen than a private house`s. Each bedroom is fully furnished with TV, modern bed sets, safe deposit box, air conditioning and private bathroom. Three suites in the second level have balcony terraces, two over the garden and one over the pool area.
Basic amenities such as daily maid service, 24hr security, WiFi, cable TV and concierge are standard, also a powerful generator that keeps the A/C going if the local power grid fails. The living room turns into a disco at night, just flip the switch to turn on the light scanner and stereo. A guest friendly villa means guests are allowed in the villa, just need to show proof of age ID.
The villa swimming pool has a stone deck, and is fairly generous in size; includes a raised Jacuzzi, shaded chaise lounges, and even a tiki hut for piña coladas in the most fashionable, Caribbean way.
