Inside, a spacious living room with high wooden ceilings shows minimalistic décor with contemporary furniture and cabinets, set against white walls and curtains.

A master suite with ensuite deluxe bathroom shows off its newly installed Jacuzzi, center wall vanity and even a make up desk with mirror. The suite is fitted with large screen TV, newly installed A/C unit and king bed. The second suite has black bed furniture too, with large screen TV and bathroom. The third suite follows the same design, clean cut. The fourth bedroom is closer to the living room, smaller in size than the other three.

The other three bedrooms are in the guest house, all ensuite with private bathrooms and private access. The villa kitchen with its vintage style combines dark wood cabinets and black tops, ready to serve the dining table under the veranda through a French door window. Outside, the veranda has brand new lounge furniture, facing the swimming pool that cascades from a circular pool that surrounds the gazebo in the extensive garden.

An outdoor Jacuzzi also overflows into the main swimming pool, surrounded by tropical palms. The villa is located in a beach community just 5 minutes away from the center of Sosua and its main discos, attractions, supermarkets and Sosua Beach. Cabarete is also a 5 minute drive in the other direction, for those who enjoy water sports such as kite and wind surfing. Encuentro Beach can be reached within 3 minutes, the local Mecca for board surfing.
