Sosua party villa, a 10 bedroom vacation rental for the ultimate bachelor party with your best friends. This is a brand new, contemporary style design built on two floors; comprising 4 bedrooms in the first level and six on the second, while keeping the key entertainment areas spread in the first floor.
Upon entering the property, a central corridor has the first suites left and right, then the layout opens to the large double hall with the designer kitchen on the left side, a dining area next to it. To the right side a lounge room with seating and pool table. recessed lighting overhead, large TV, coral stone accent walls and high end finish will make this sosua party villa a favorite, no doubt.
Private Bar, Swimming Pool and BBQ
Right past we access the outdoor terrace that leads to the swimming pool deck, which is conveniently placed in the center between the bar pergola and the row of pool suites. All pool parties remains private in this villa, and the large coral stone deck is a lap style pool that fits 20 people anytime (2 x bedroom). The bar has everything needed to handle demand, a bartender can be hired optionally. A BBQ area also brings the much needed tools for the chef, and of course the outdoor seating in a patio style dining table.

The suites have all the essentials for the guests: air conditioning, ceiling fans, closets, mirrors, ensuite bathrooms, guest bathroom, towels, TV, and linens. The villa has its own private security, and it is built right next to another 10 bedroom Sosua villa that we can offer for larger 20-room parties. Daily maid service, WiFi, Cable TV, pool cleaning and maintenance are included.
A private chef and driver can be added for a true R&R experience, and a Sosua party boat or catamaran charter is a must when you visit the DR North Coast. Ask us about all-inclusive packages with food, drinks, yacht, and disco VIP lounge.
