Outside, a large terrace with patio furniture is the place to have alfresco breakfast with family and friends, or just chill by the pool in the deck area. The swimming pool is oversized as in a resort, with a large coral stone deck surrounding it. An outdoor Jacuzzi that fits 8-10 people sits right next to the pool and loungers area. Extensive green areas surround the deck, and a large corner gazebo houses the dining area with wood fired oven and BBQ.

Mature trees and coconut palms can be seen throughout the property. The large outdoor areas in this villa make it ideal for bachelor parties, bachelorette parties and weddings. There`s plenty of parking areas inside the gate and outside as well, for about a dozen cars if ever needed. The main villa second floor has a terrace and 3 king size suites with spacious interiors.
