A signature dining table flanked by high-backed chairs sets the tone in the living room, over gray plush carpeting. Modern led lamps and recessed lighting surrounding the room makes it very appealing.
Just aprés the dining table, A white luxury kitchen with dark marble top and splash wall become the centerpiece for entertaining guests, all its appliances in stainless steel.
The Swimming Pool Level
The pool level is lower than the living room floor, and is the heart of the villa. A half covered terrace and game room includes a pool table, TV, disco lights and stereo system ( the house has limits on loudness, no DJs please ). This area includes a dining table, and has half of the terrace acts as solarium as half of it is alfresco.
The main swimming pool in the first floor has a deck with loungers, BBQ area, wet bar and umbrellas. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, 1 king bed and 3 queen beds. Each suite features deluxe details in its beds, fine linens, walls and lighting. The bathrooms also bear the same high quality in its finish materials and details.
The Villa Third Level
The third level of the villa has 4 suites, one with king bed and three with queen beds. The second floor also has a spacious balcony overlooking the swimming pool, a perfect spot for those who would want to have a private meeting while the group mingles below. Each suite in this level follows the same contemporary design style as the previous two, with fine interiors.
This level has another swimming pool, that provides the best vistas of the property from the very top. It can be the private swimming pool of the upper suites if desired, the sanctum area of the boss. An underground disco is optionally available for private parties.
A Perfect Location
The Puerto Plata Luxury Villa Rental sits inside a gated community with ocean views and high end homes, just a few minutes by car to the top beaches of Puerto Plata including Playa Dorada, Long Beach and El Pueblito. Landmark beaches such as Sosua and Cabarete are just a 20 minute drive away.
The closest airport is POP, a 10 minute drive away. Please note this is not a smoking villa, please smoke in the parking areas. Private chef service for the group is included. Driver with van for 14 passengers costs $220.00/day.
