The building is of recent construction, of contemporary design featuring coral stone deck and paneling in the front and rear facade. There are rooms in the first, second and twin third level mini penthouses. Balconies allow for direct views to the centrally located swimming pool, which in turn faces the gazebo bar.

To its left there is a covered terrace with pool table and dining area. To its right a big kitchen for the chef to prepare delicious gourmet dishes for the guests. The Private Sosua party villa is guest friendly, meaning visitors are allowed within capacity.
