The Villa Living Room

The living room maximizes space for the living room with light tones and curtains, large glass windows that open to the outside, and red sofas with direct views to the pool area. The kitchen perfectly fits the right corner, built of fine wood and granite tops. Stainless appliances and red stools with chromed base by the breakfast nook add a clean, bold look. The dining area of this villa was taken outdoors, to the covered terrace so guests can have dinner alfresco with garden and pool views. When desired, the layout can be adjusted to the guests needs and bring the dinner table inside.

The Villa Bedrooms & Baths

The master suite boasts a king size bed with wide back of fine wood and black lace trim; and suspended side tables. It opens one side of all-glass wall to the bar/kitchen area, perfect to read a book in bed while family enjoys the pool. The master bathroom has the same fine wood found throughout the home in the cabinets, with a shower glass partition and ceramic tile walls. The color palette bears the same harmonious signature that gives this villa a warmth feeling rarely found in most modern Sosua vacation homes.

The villa guest suite is beautifully decorated with fine covers, assorted cushions and light pastel yellow walls with matching curtains. The high back wooden queen bed, side tables and closet feel high end and very comfortable. The guest suite also has its private bathroom with fine finish that follows the same décor theme. Each suite is air conditioned.

The Villa Outdoors

This rental villa has its own private swimming pool, that also includes a BBQ/ bar area with stools and suspended ceiling with embedded lighting. The pool deck is made of native DR coral stone, which has been adopted in warm climates as the best flooring to keep from heating under the Caribbean sun. The pool is maintained daily by a dedicated team, also the garden areas and surroundings. Entertaining friends and family here is very cost-effective, and there are many options to add tours, chef, driver and yacht to the experience.

Location, Amenities & Rates

The villa is located inside a gated community in El Choco, Sosua. Reaching the center of town takes 5 minutes, the same for shopping centers, Sosua Beach and most restaurants, bars and clubs. Eco tours such as Monkey Jungle are further down the same road of El Choco, and the sports mecca of Cabarete is just 7 minutes away. 24hr security, maid service, cable TV, WiFi and concierge service are included in the rental ( see attached rental terms pdf ).
