This villa feels bigger than it is inside, because of the smart use of neutral tones in the walls, furniture, flooring and cabinets. Olive green hues in the wooden door, kitchen island and stools replicate in the bedrooms beds, closets, and side tables.

The light ivory white walls throughout the property provide the perfect contrast, and the extended Kivik model sofa from Ikea in a light cream tone adds the perfect balancing touch. The living room wall-to-wall sliding doors bring the outside views to the inside, in a very calm, pleasing atmosphere.

The Villa Kitchen

The villa kitchen makes a very efficient use of space, set in the right corner and featuring black granite tops with checkered background below the Olive hue cabinets. Appliances are stainless steel, including the gas range, blender, microwave and toaster. The kitchen in the villa is totally equipped for cooking and serving like a master chef (see our chef service options and menu).

The Bedrooms

The Bedrooms in the villa boast a clean, refined design that follows the same style as the main interior areas. King size beds, white covers and linens, side lamps, A/C unit, ceiling fan. White curtains and roll-down blackouts to block light entirely if you plan to wake up late after a night of party. Each bedroom has its closet, safe deposit box, private bathroom fully tied and ready with toiletries, paper and towels.

The Pool and Garden

Outside, the swimming pool under a blue sky is surrounded by a tropical palm wall on one side, and the villa on the other. A roofed dining area sits close to the outdoor bar and BBQ area, which includes high stools and mini fridge. Chaise lounges in the coral stone deck look perfect for a morning sprawl with a book, get lazy, we`re on vacation.

The pool maintenance is included in the rental, also gardening, 24hr security inside the gated community and power back up. Maid service is also included every other day unless requesting daily for a small fee.

This villa sits on prime land on a residential community of over 100 villas, and it is just a 5 minute drive from the main center of El Batey and Sosua Beach.
