The Villa Interiors:

The one story design integrates the main areas with an open design kitchen built of fine wood cabinetry, granite tops and embedded stainless appliances of high quality. The beautiful faux-wood ceramic flooring harmoniously contrasts with the white walls and ceilings, with just the right hues. A center island with black stools and a sink provides a key spot where guests mingle watching the master chef of the group ( or the hired chef, see our services ) exploring the flavors of the Caribbean.

The living room media area has feels airy and modern, with light cream Lawson sofa (Ikea Ektorp model) and a blue upholstered square chair; A coffee and side table in classy black legs/burnt wood combination, matching the mantel under the TV. The décor in this villa is a visually delicious mix of modernistic and retro, well balanced.

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

The villa bedrooms show the same clean design as the living room, with faux wooden ceramic floors, mahogany closets, king size beds and gorgeous curtains in neutral colors. Tripod-base side lamps and high back bed with large side handles create a high end atmosphere set against the nautical motif cushions and white pillows. Ikea covers complement the overall set up, perfect for sprawling with a book after a day spent touring in Sosua and the North Coast.

The two suites feel identical, one with wooden finish bed and the other in black. Noticing the combination of the side tables ( and the ones in the living room) one can guess this is a balanced concept, more Ying & Yang in Sosua villas – true Elle Decor material.

The bathrooms sport floor-to-ceiling faux marble ceramic, glass cabin shower and fine fixtures; beautiful mahogany wood for the cabinets and doors. The Outdoors:

The outdoor is, of course, the main entertainment area with its ample coral stone deck, a swimming pool with shallow ledge and wet bar with seating. This is a private pool, only for the guests of the villa; it also includes an outdoor kitchen with bar stools and a covered terrace with patio furniture. Guests can have breakfast outdoors in the morning, play music or watch TV outside. There are chaise lounges in black, contrasting with the coral stone hues and the manicured lawn around it.

The Location:

This Sosua rental villa sits on a prestigious gated community with beautiful surroundings just 4 minutes from El Batey, where all the supermarkets, discos, restaurants and Sosua Beach are located.
