2 Bedroom Vacation Home Rental Sosua Dominican Republic, a brand new contemporary villa built on two floors with its own private swimming pool. The Villa Design:

Featuring a 2-story architectural design, this villa rental distributes the first floor around the living room, kitchen area, deck area and the guest suite. The second floor has the master suite, a covered terrace, and outdoor Jacuzzi (alfresco). A refreshing view of mature trees allows for a true R&R experience for the guests.

The Villa Living Room:

The comfortable design of the living room takes the space entirely as the family room, with a Lawson-style sofa and matching single one. Zebra-style window blinds control the lighting from the main glass wall, adding even more light from the clerestory windows on the roofline. Twin ceiling fans slowly ventilate the area as needed, with the option to also add air conditioning. The kitchen sits on the right end of the living room, complemented by the outdoor kitchen.

The Bedrooms:

The bedrooms in the villa feel somewhat similar, with large glass windows on one side, roll-down window blinds flanking the bed and classic lamps over the side tables. The bed sets are Ikea signature suspended-style in natural wood color, beautifully matching the covers and overall decor. Air conditioning units and ceiling fans are installed in each, also safe deposit boxes. The suites include their own bathroom, and the main difference is height: the main suite is on the second floor, has direct access to the second level terrace and the outdoor jacuzzi with vistas.

The Swimming Pool and Deck:

The swimming pool is of course private, only available to the villa renters. It is built with a shallow ledge, stair steps and a large deck that includes the outdoor dining table, chaise lounges and bar, BBQ kitchen with bar. The same second level terrace becomes the ceiling of the outdoor kitchen, perhaps the top entertainment area of the villa as there is also patio furniture to lounge with a drink, good book or just friends and family.
