The spacious living room boasts high ceilings, Spanish-style flooring and classic style dining table and board. An open design luxury kitchen boasting fine oak cabinets, Baltic brown granite tops and high end stainless steel appliances.
A secondary kitchen sits next to it, full sized with same finish materials as main one to handle the heavier loads of cooking for groups. Just past the living room, there is a large media room with a L-sectional couch in black, coffee table and plenty of interior space. The tall ceiling gives off a pleasant look set against the Spanish flooring and framed art.
The Villa Suites & Bathrooms
The villa has 4 bedrooms in the first floor and a 5th in the second with double beds. The master suite is quite spacious, has a large walk in closet room, deluxe bathroom with oversized shower, his and her WC sections and a private garden area. Other rooms also enjoy walk in closets, and custom designed bathrooms. Given the layout and design, we also book this villa for customers with special mobility needs, through our specialized seniors vacation program.
The Outdoors & Swimming Pool
Families enjoy spending time under the large gazebo with double Doric pillars that covers the outdoor kitchen and its large terrace, combining a dining and lounge area where guests can relax while the chef cooks BBQ and other treats. Another interesting aspect is how the villa design centers the lap-style swimming pool around the main areas (it sits right between the outdoor covered terrace and the wrap around design of the villa) keeping it all private.
An open area of fresh garden connects throughout the perimeter, with mature fruit trees and plenty of shaded areas to walk by for those who enjoy the best of nature listening to chirping birds, swaying palms and running lizards.

Located inside a prestigious beach community in Cabarete, this villa offers access to the best in town, just 4 minute drive from the heart of Cabarete Beach, and the best restaurants, supermarkets and landmarks. The closest airport is in Puerto Plata, code POP ( 10 mins away by car ). Sosua Beach is 5 minutes away, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area; the long list of available tours is available with the concierge. High chair and cribs available for families with small children.
