The Main Floor Plan:

This villa centers the main living room areas between the two bedrooms, keeping each bedroom at a very private distance from each other, with the main suite having direct glass door access to the swimming pool area. The kitchen sits on the right corner, easily accessible in its open design, facing the living room area.

Most of the living room interior is dedicated to the media area where the TV and stereo system is, facing a L-shaped couch that also have view of the pool area and deck. True to its vacation home lifestyle design, this villa has the dining table outside under the veranda, a creative design reminiscent of the classic canvas lawn chair widely used during the 1980`s.

The Villa Kitchen:

The corner kitchen in this villa feels modern with its stainless steel appliances, yet somewhat gives off that homey feeling with the vintage-styled colored cabinets, almost like an oiled gouache. The tops are a carefully polished, matching granite that beautifully blends in with the overall design.

Two antique-looking saddle stools provide the bar-look to entertain friends while cooking ( see also our Sosua private chef service with international and local menu ). Gas and cooking utensils are included in the rental, also bottled water.

The Villa Bedrooms:

Although this Sosua villa is of purely contemporary architecture, the interior hints at modern country homes found in magazines such as House Beautiful, where this one would be featured for its stylish approach to interior design. Two framed pieces of African art flank a roll-down blind over the top of the bed; under each two bedside tables with cottage lamps of black base and wall-paint matching shades.

The Villa Bathrooms

One more distinctive touch that makes this villa feel like a high end one inside, are the bathrooms for each suite. Featuring Floor-to-ceiling  ceramic wall with ceramic glass trim, fine wooden cabinets and imported fixtures. White two piece toilets and granite vanities with white bowls are combined to create a stunning visual experience for the guests. The tall, slide glass window over the WC looks perfect to filter out odors when needed. 

The Deck and Swimming Pool

Outdoors are always the main entertainment space in a Sosua villa,  as most people travel to the Caribbean for its tropical weather. The Villa Location

The villa is located within a gated community in El Choco, about a 5 minute drive from El Batey, the commercial heart of Sosua where most stores, bars, restaurants and discos are located. It offers 24hrs security, clean roads and an army of maids, pool cleaners and gardeners that cleans and cares for the villas interior and exterior areas.

To get in and out of this community is better to hire a Sosua private driver, rent a car or catch a shuttle. Sosua Beach is about the same distance, also Cabarete beach and most activities.
